Art Deco, perfume lamp, aroma lamp, owls lamp, Germany 1930's -1950's
These lamps were very popular from the 1930's to the 1950's and where used as a scent or perfume lamp. On top of the lamp there are holes intended for adding perfume, the perfume would then be evaporated by the heat of the lamp.
Once lit, the ember colored eyes light up and at night with dimmed lightning parts of the body give a beautiful subtle glow. A lovely addition to your eclectic or boho interior.
This lamp depicts two owls sitting on a tree branch. The colors of the lamp are vivid and it has a nice glazing. The lamp is made of porcelain and is in very good vintage condition. See the photos.

Please note:
Suitable for small bulb E14, which is comparable with the Intermediate: E17 North America, max. 25 watts. And suitable for European continental sockets and grid (220V). This may be different in your country, consult an electrician before installing if you're not sure. A universal adapter may be all you need to use it normally.
