THE ITEMS
All items we have for sale are vintage, not new. Most will have some signs of use. Please always have a good look at the photos before ordering. They are part of the description. When in doubt you can always contact us for additional photos or extra information regarding an item.

SHIPMENT
All items will be packed carefully. We enjoy using recycled packaging materials :)
We will combine orders whenever possible to lower shipment costs. If you consider ordering more than one item and would like to know what the combined shipment costs are? Send us a message or use the button ‘Ask for a custom order’. For any overpaid shipment costs we will make a refund.

We normally ship all orders within three business days and will provide you with a track and trace code once your order has been shipped. If there’s a delay we’ll send you a message.

Please be sure that the Etsy address is the correct shipping address. We can’t take responsibility for wrong shipping addresses.

Domestic and International shipment will mostly be sent with PostNL International.

Note for Domestic shipments:
Missed a parcel deliverer and didn't receive a non-home note? That's right.
From the 1 of July 2022 PostNL will inform you digitally about your package. Your parcel deliverer simply delivers the parcel to the neighbors or to a PostNL point in your area. You can see where your package is in track & trace. You will also receive an e-mail and you will find in the PostNL app where your package has been delivered.
For this purpose Vintage aan de Linge provides your email address to PostNL.

Shipments abroad
All international shipments will be sent by registered mail and are insured, mostly up to 100 euros or sometimes to 500 euros. Shipping costs will vary according to weight: 0 grams to 350 grams, 350 grams to 2 kg, 2 to 5 kg, 5 to 10 kg and 10 to 20 kg and destination: Domestic (Netherlands), Europe EU, Europe non EU, rest of the World.

On request shipment without tracking code and insurance -slightly cheaper- is possible. However, this is at the buyer’s risk.

Tracking your parcel can be done at:

Once the parcel has arrived in the country of destination, you might be able to track it at the website of the local shipping partner.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow about 3-24 business days for the shipment to arrive. During the holiday season shipment might take more time.
Please take a look at the item for the estimated shipment time.

If you require express shipment, please send us a message and we will inform you about the possibilities and additional costs.

RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE STATUS OF SHIPMENT/RETURNED UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Please be aware that foreign carriers are not obliged to send a notification if the package is delivered to a collection location. We can't take responsibility to monitor the status of each shipment. Hope you understand that you need to do monitoring yourself. If you need help please send us an e-mail. We are unable to issue refunds if packages are returned due to uncollected status. We will resend your order after consultation. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

PARCELS LOST OR DAMAGED
---Requirements for Refund in case of lost parcels---

PostNL will start up an investigation and try to locate the parcel and deliver it to you. This will take some time. When they confirm to us that the parcel is lost we will contact you and work something out.


---Requirements for Refund in case in case of damage---
All items will be packed carefully. Might an item arrive damaged anyway, please inform us within 3 business days from the moment of delivery.


PostNL requires pictures of the damaged item, the packaging material and the box with shipping label and damage report CN24.
 Please keep those, until it is confirmed that no additional pictures are needed.


Please note:
 If PostNL does not accept the claim (because of being too late or not sending the required pictures ) we can not make a refund.

VAT INVOICE (WITHIN EUROPE)
Do you as an European customer need a VAT invoice? Just send us a message.

RETURN POLICY
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please first contact us. And then return the item(s) in the original condition and package within 21 days of receipt with insurance and tracking code. When the item is returned, we will refund your payment excluding shipping charges. For domestic orders we'll exclude EUR. 7,00 administration charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
