2. Why we need your data and how we use it
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, such as:
as necessary to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to resolve disputes or to provide customer service;
as necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

Etsy: We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with our services and to fulfill our obligations under both Etsy's Seller Policies and Terms of Use.

Change, limit, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. If there are no exceptional circumstances (such as where we need to store data for legal reasons) we will usually delete your personal data upon request.
Objection. You can object to our processing of some of your data based on our legitimate interests and receive marketing communications after giving your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate reasons to continue to use that information or if required for legal reasons.
Complaints. If you live in the EU and would like to raise concerns about our use of your data, you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
